NO	應準備文件	注意事項
1	外國公司中譯名字 Chinese Name of the company	名稱必須加註國籍
2	外國公司之法人資格證明文件 Photocopy of the company’s certificate of incorporation	◇由外國公司登記主管機關簽署核發。 ◇ 須經簽證，簽證一年內有效。 ◇應附中譯本。
3	訴訟及非訟訴代表人授權書 Power of attorney appointing the company’s litigious and non-litigious agent	◇須經簽證，簽證一年內有效。 ◇應附中譯本。 ◇ 授權書應具體訂明代表人在中華民國境內所為法律行為之種類，例如：代表本公司簽訂契約、報價、投標、採購。
4	身分及住居所證明文件 Photocopy of the identification card of the company’s litigious and non-litigious agen	◇中華民國國籍，檢送身分證影本。 ◇ 僑外人士，其居所證件為：居留證影本；護照影本 (加註地址、親筆簽名、及加蓋本人印章)；其本國政府出具之居住所明文件；本人出具聲明書（應敘明姓名、國籍、地址），經我國法院認證。
5	房屋租賃契約書影本 A photocopy of the original house lease contrac	以(公司+負責人)名義承租
6	房屋使用權同意書 An agreement issued by the house owner.	建物所有權人出具。
7	房屋稅稅單 A document to prove payment of the latest house tax.	◇二年內有效。 ◇請注意是否完稅。
